picture of the Toastmaster being honored, a second Toastmasters logo can be used. The
Text style and Border colors can be changed to better suit your needs. When ordering
please include the below information in the notes section of Paypal or email them to me. An
Emailed proof will be sent to you and I must receive an approval email from you before I can
begin printing.
Please try to give me a 30 day lead time on orders.

3. Members Club (up to 25 characters including spaces)
4. Date of Event
